Board members are expected to fulfill the following roles and responsibilities for a 3-year commitment:
- Attend all board meetings and participate in discussions and decision-making processes.
- Stay informed about the activities and affairs of the organization, including its financial status and any legal or regulatory issues.
- Help set the direction and goals of the organization and ensure that it is working towards its mission.
- Support the organization's fundraising efforts.
